This event takes place during our Family Fun DaySee below for all the tournament details!

When: Sunday, 29 September 2024
Where: Balmoral Park, Derrimut
Ages: 15+
Field size: 35m x 20m
Time: First matches kick off at 10:30am

Entries close: Tuesday, 24th September 2024
Live Draw: Tuesday, 24th September 2024

Form and payment must be completed by Tuesday, 24th September 2024 to confirm entry into the tournament.

The draw will be conducted via live stream on Facebook on Tuesday, 24th September 2024 at Balmoral Park. Captains will receive their fixture schedule by the following day. Teams are able to attend the draw if they wish.

Team Entry – $280 (~$35 per player)
Includes: 
– Entry to the tournament
– Official line markings
– Medals for both finalists
– Prize Money (Minimum $1,000, however to be determined based on number of teams entered)
– Live Veo recording/streaming of Pitch 1 (all day)

Payment Methods
Bank Transfer, Cash (in person at the club), Secure Debit/Credit Card via Stripe

Bank details and debit/credit card payment link will be sent to your email upon completion of the entry form below. Payments via Stripe incur an additional 1.7% + 0.3c fee (~$5.15)

Format
Open Tournament
A live draw will be conducted to determine the groups and fixture.

Minimum team entries: 8
Maximum team entries: 16

Minimum games per team: 3
Maximum games per team: 6

Group stage: 2x 10 minute halves
Quarter finals: 2x 10 minute halves
Semi finals: 2x 15 minute halves
Grand final: 2x 15 minute halves

 

Rules
– FIFA Futsal rules apply
– 4 Players, 1 goalkeeper on the field.
– Maximum 3 players on the bench

Group stage – Top 2 teams qualify for the quarter finals.*
Quarter finals – If it’s a draw at the end of full time, a penalty shoot out will decide the winner.
Semi Final/Grand final – If it’s a draw, 5 minutes extra time in each half will decide the winner, if scores are still locked then a penalty shoot out will decide the winner.

*If teams are locked on the same points in the group stage, the following will apply (in order top to bottom) to determine who finishes in the higher spot:
– Goal Difference
– Score between the two teams played
– Higher goals scored
– Penalty shoot out
