POSITION AVAILABLE – 2026 SEASON 

Balmoral FC is seeking a passionate and experienced Miniroos/Junior Technical Director to lead our football program for the 2026 season.

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for:
 Overseeing the entire Miniroos and Junior development pathway
 Implementing age-appropriate training curriculums in line with Football Victoria & FFA guidelines
 Mentoring and supporting volunteer and junior coaches
 Ensuring player development is at the heart of every program
 Working with the committee to grow participation and improve the overall football experience
